Welcome to BigSib Embroidery. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
All information you provide is accurate and complete.
You have carefully checked all personalisation details before submitting your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the requested personalisation is inappropriate or infringes on another person's intellectual property.

2. Personalised Products

All personalised products are made to order.

Please ensure all names, dates, colours, sizes, and customisation details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors supplied by the customer.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full before production begins.

We accept payment through the secure payment methods available during checkout.

5. Production & Shipping

Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping times are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays once your parcel has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Personalised items are generally not eligible for returns unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or we have made an error.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, logos, product descriptions, and designs created by BigSib Embroidery, remains our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Product Colours

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of products where required under Australian Consumer Law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
