At BigSib Embroidery, every item is carefully embroidered to order with love and attention to detail.

Personalised Items

Because our products are customised specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect spelling or details provided by the customer
• Choosing the wrong size or colour
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, colours, and sizes before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Faulty
• Different from what you ordered due to our error

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before embroidery has begun. Once production has started, personalised orders cannot be cancelled.

Non-Personalised Items

If you purchase a non-personalised item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:

• Unused
• In its original condition
• In its original packaging

Return postage for change-of-mind purchases is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
